Questions that come up in review.
Why is the on-premises infrastructure fee €0?
Because you provide the hardware. We deploy and operate the role on your infrastructure, so you only pay for the operating layer we add: workflows, integrations, monitoring, and oversight.
What is the hardware pack?
A turnkey option for organisations that want on-premises deployment but don't have GPU hardware yet. We supply, install, and configure purpose-built servers in your facility. You own the hardware outright — no leasing, no recurring hardware fees.
Can I start on cloud and move to on-premises later?
Yes. We migrate your deployment at any time. Your platform fee stays the same — only the infrastructure component changes.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
We review the submission within one business day, confirm fit, and usually move to a short scoping call before issuing a written recommendation and pricing.
Can I change roles or rescope after hiring?
Yes. Notify your account team and we will rescope the role, adjust access and reporting as needed, and update pricing at the next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term lock-in. Standard cancellation is 30 days notice.
How does billing work?
Monthly invoicing in advance. Platform fee per role, plus infrastructure fee per deployment model. Setup fees invoiced separately.
What SLA applies?
First response is within 4 business hours. Issue resolution targets are role-dependent, and the performance guarantee applies across deployment models.
If performance slips, we correct it fast.
Every digital teammate is backed by human oversight. If output quality falls short, our operators intervene, correct the issue, and if we cannot restore the agreed standard, we refund that billing period.
